Check is a payment method designed to provide a bank with an order from the drawer to pay the stated sum of money to the bearer.

  1. What 2Checkout entity should the check be addressed to?

    • Customers should address the check to the 2Checkout entity mentioned in the Finalize your payment email.

  2. Where do the checks go, depending on the customer's location?

    • US customers need to send checks to Avangate BV dba 2Checkout legal entity in the US while customers from the rest of the world should address them to Avangate B.V. (Amsterdam). 2Checkout cannot collect checks that don't comply with this regulation.

  3. How long do orders remain in Pending status?

    • 2Checkout keeps the orders in Pending status indefinitely or until the customer makes the payment.

  4. When does 2Checkout notify you about order completion?

    • 2Checkout notifies you as the funds are collected and the delivery is done.

  5. How much does it take for the funds to be deposited into 2Checkout's account?

    • 1 – 3 working days from the moment the check is deposited to the bank.

  6. Does 2Checkout send an IPN when the funds get deposited into 2Checkout's account?

    • No.
