You can view and export transaction reports for Klarna both from Verifone Central and the APM platform.
Currently, settlement reports are available only on the APM platform.
Generate transaction reports for Klarna
To view and export transaction reports for Klarna, follow these steps:
Log in to your Verifone Central account.
Navigate to Commerce → Transactions to see information about Klarna transactions based on various filters (Organization, Transaction ID, payment method used, etc.)
Select the time interval for which you want to generate your report.
Select the Organization (if the merchant has just one Organization, this will be selected by default).
Select the Merchant ID.
Click on Add filter and select Product → Klarna from the drop-down list.
Click on a transaction to see the transaction history, actions (manual capture and refund), details, customer, documents.
Extract the report by clicking on the Export CSV button in the top right corner.
