Multi-tenant Management

• Tenant Creation & Role-Based Control:
  Estate Owners can now define and manage multiple Tenants within a single Estate, with granular access controlled by newly introduced user roles: Estate Owner, Reseller Manager, Merchant Admin, and Merchant User.
• Independent Tenant Operations:
  Each Tenant can manage its own devices, initiate downloads, and monitor activity independently while maintaining strict data isolation from other tenants.
• License-Based Feature Activation:
  Multi-tenancy is license-controlled and enabled only for eligible customers, ensuring flexibility and control over feature rollout.

Improved User Roles & Tenant Screen Filtering

• Dynamic UI Filtering:
  Tenant-specific screens, roles, and actions are now filtered automatically based on your assigned configuration, streamlining the user experience and reducing confusion.
• Role Rights Optimization:
  Enhanced management of permissions across groups, hierarchies, and tenants, allowing precise control over user capabilities.

Improved User Confirmation & Feedback

• We've added clearer warning pop-ups and confirmation dialogs across many critical workflows. Now, before performing actions like deleting devices, managing reference sets, or removing users, you'll see helpful prompts.
• These provide real-time information (e.g., the number of devices impacted) and require explicit confirmation, reducing accidental actions and improving operational safety.
• This added layer of confirmation is now present in areas such as:
  • Device Management: Deleting single or multiple devices (using Serial Number or DID), deleting device groups, performing Swap In/Swap Out operations, Undelete, Permanent Delete, and managing Parameter Templates, Library files, and VRK keys.
  • Software & Downloads: Handling scenarios with no assigned software and deleting packages linked to reference sets.
  • Reference Sets: Deleting assigned or parent reference sets, locking/unlocking sets, and assigning hierarchies.
  • Administration: Deleting users, roles, and other security items like Source IPs.

REST API Updates

Our REST APIs have been updated to provide greater flexibility and control, including:

• Improved hierarchy management (creating, updating, retrieving parent info).
• Enhanced device management within hierarchies.
• Access to parameter template details in JSON format.
• Package URL information included in package retrieval responses.

New Model Support

• Extended Device Compatibility:
  Support has been added for the latest Android, iOS, and VOS3-based models including Verifone Tap (Android/iOS), V660c-A (Android/VOS3), V660p Plus-A, MS UX412, VM100, VP100, VL100-8, VB100, and UX600 Series (4G and T variants)

Automatic Key Renewal for Neo & Trinity Platforms

• Streamlined Key Updates:
  Devices on all platforms now support automatic key renewal with improved accuracy in key status reporting.
• Reduced Errors & Retry Prevention:
  Avoids unnecessary retries and download failures due to missing key profile metadata.

Packages & Downloads
Fixed package upload failures when download automation was enabled.
Enhanced error handling and validation to reduce failed uploads.

Parameter Template Selection
Resolved an issue where locking one parameter template would lock unrelated templates.

UI & Hierarchy Screen Fixes
Fixed privilege errors and loading failures on hierarchy and group screens.
Corrected issues with assigning and revoking rights for groups and parameters

Automated Job Scheduling
Resolved issues where jobs failed to trigger correctly when enabling download automation.
Fixed misalignment between "Next Contact" and "Maintenance Window" job scheduling.

Device Management & Search
Addressed bugs causing random exclusions of devices from download/diagnostic jobs.
Fixed a search bug preventing full results from displaying across multiple attributes.

Reference Set & Software Status
Resolved inconsistencies in software status visibility for devices with direct reference set assignments.
Fixed issues where direct assignments weren’t updated by hierarchy-level changes.

Performance & Reliability
Improved SQL query performance and resolved deadlocks in download reporting.
Backend API enhancements for faster response times and reduced session blocking.
