Verifone Boarding Services is the solution where users can place orders through Verifone Central via an automated process, thus reducing the time for activating payment methods or delivering devices.

Verifone's Boarding Services enables you to order a streamlined omnichannel payment solution loaded with the software and services you need, all from a single online location. Signing up online is easy through our seamless onboarding portal or integrate via API for full automation. We provide a wide range of payment devices, services, and features that help support your business model while uncovering new revenue-generating opportunities like loyalty and Advanced Payment Methods (APMs).

Verifone Boarding Services automates the end-to-end operational processes from ordering payment and services to accepting payments. Plus, it simplifies operations, reduces the overall cost, and delivers a high level of service by creating consistent experiences anywhere, anytime.

Availability

If you are a reseller

• Reseller Manager
  • An external reseller employee who can create, view, and manage orders at any country level within their reseller group.
• Reseller Representative
  • An external reseller user who can view the portfolio, create, view, and manage the user's own orders on behalf of the country the user is in.

If you are a merchant

• Merchant Unapproved
  • A customer who signs up online will automatically get Merchant Unapproved as the user role. This is the role for users who have not yet signed a merchant order.
• Merchant Order Admin
  • A customer who has self-onboarded and has signed their first agreement gets automatically assigned this role. This role is assigned to users who have permission to create, view, and modify orders with Boarding Services. It is complementary to the Merchant Admin role, meaning this can be added to a user who also has the MERCHANT ADMIN role.
