IP/Wi-Fi Configuration

- Via Setup menu.

- Select the option TCP interface
- Select the Media type the terminal will support
- To configure for Static or DHCP select the option for interfaces
- Select the media type and input the data. (IP address, Netmask, Gateway, DNS Address)

- Via Propertiesdata.xml

- Set the following
- Tcpinterface to (LAN, WLAN, GPRS)
- To configure for the Static or DHCP set the following under the interfaces. This should be configured for the media type the terminal supports.
- Download the propertiesdata.xml as a partial in group 1.
Device Preamble
To confirm WiFi connectivity – The following sections will require that WiFi be connected on the device. To confirm this - If WiFi is connected, you will see bars in the upper left corner.
Merchant Setup

- Via Setup menu.

- From the Verifone Screen, press the 6 Key (Enter the password 166831)
- Select 2 for “Host” to modify the “Terminal Id”, “Bank Id”, and “Lane ID”
- Select 3 for “Merchant” to modify the “MerchantID”.
- Hit green button to save and X to back out to the menu.

- Via INI files

- Modify the HDT.INI for BankID, Terminal ID, and Lane Number.
- Modify the MIT.INI “MerchantID”.
- VSP Key Exchange

- From the Verifone Screen, press the 6 Key (Enter the password 166831)
- Press the down arrow key to scroll down the page
- Select “Key Activate/Sync” – you will see Key Exchange Complete
- Test Transaction – Not available as of this publication. Planned for future release.
