SoftPOS Support: Transform Mobile Devices into Payment Terminals

VHQ now supports Verifone Tap, allowing you to turn your iOS and Android smartphones and tablets into secure payment acceptance devices.

  • Automated device activation and provisioning
  • Secure certificate-based authentication

Enhanced Multi-Tenancy Capabilities

We've expanded multi-tenant support for better isolation and control, especially beneficial for enterprise and reseller deployments.

• Improvements:
  • Tenant-Specific Filtering: All major screens now allow filtering by tenant, ensuring users only see relevant data.
  • Improved Group Management: Estate owners can now manage groups across their assigned hierarchies.
  • Enhanced Security: Better isolation between tenants with role-based access controls.
  • Streamlined Operations: Separate package folders and download libraries for each tenant.

Payment Health Status on Device Profile Page

The device profile page now shows if the device is ready to accept payments as "Payment Ready" status.

GUI and Device Profile

• Export to Excel from Device Profile could freeze; loader handling fixed.
• Device Profile top row options overlap corrected.
• Device Profile dropdown for Packages/Keys restored in Console.
• Diagnostics job data visibility fixed for specific rights.
• Warning modal added for report unsubscribe.
• Device Profile > Diagnostic Jobs > View Results now returns data.
• View-only users can no longer disable automation in Device Profile.
• Package filter width stretched to show full names.
• Trim whitespace in device search.
• Automatic job stuck in Scheduled resolved.

Multi-Tenancy and Access

• Parameter Template Lock/Unlock is limited to single selection to prevent mass locking.
• Merchant Admin/User left menu cleansed of empty parents.
• RFS Package Folder availability corrected with tenancy logic.
• Roles Edit issues fixed (security groups rendering and checks).
