This command overrides the price or description on existing line item(s).
Rules
OVERRIDE is valid on merchandise that does not have an associated offer.
OVERRIDE is not valid for coupons, discounts, or items with associated coupons or discounts (i.e., offers). To edit lines where the MERCHANDISE line is associated with an OFFER, one would delete the MERCHANDISE (deleting merchandise will delete any associated offers) and re-add the MERCHANDISE and OFFER lines.
The session should be active and LINEITEMDISPLAY parameter should be enabled.
