2Checkout Release Notes for March 2024

Google and Yahoo announced that bulk senders will need to use the one-click unsubscribe functionality for emails starting with April. To align with this new standard, all 2Checkout marketing/commercial emails to shoppers will support the one-click unsubscribe feature. We improved the Churn overview report feature in Control Panel by adding new capabilities to filter the report, refine the churn report results, segment subscription data easier and based on various criteria, and choose what subscription status or renewal type changes can count as churn. Optimized the way IPNs are sent when it comes to Order Origin information specifically for quick transition of order status.

Optimized the performance of the user activity reports in Control Panel.

Resolved a capacity issue that caused some email renewal notifications and lead management emails to fail being sent during peak periods.

Resolved a case where Purchase Order Renewals for usage billing type of subscriptions were not correctly generated.

Resolved a server misconfiguration causing the creation of ephemeral tokens to fail.

Fixed the password recovery email that was incorrect for a small number of Channel Manager users.

Fixed a case causing a delay in the fulfillment confirmation for orders.

Resolved a case where the taxes were not correctly displayed for a small number of orders.

Resolved an edge case in which the email editor in Control Panel was causing corruption of other email templates than the one being edited.

Resolved a product code display issue in Channel Manager on the upgrade flow.

Fixed an intermittent availability issue of the affiliate product feed.

 

Fixed a case related to multiple price changes on subscriptions causing the price change notification to not be reliably sent.

Fixed the accuracy of the affiliation report in the Affiliate Control Panel.
