New
Replaced the Help On Click Live chat from Control Panel contact page with Salesforce Lightning live chat as the primary support channel for our merchants. The new Shopper Support Chat is designated for online payment inquiries and acts as a digital assistant. To connect you need to provide your name and email details. You can also provide feedback, rate the chat of download the transcript.

Improved our AliPay implementation for merchants using carts, by introducing support for recurring functionalities and optimizing the shopper experience. Also, AliPay is now accessible for merchants using ConvertPlus/ Inline, fully covering all integration options available. Read more here.

Updated cross-selling promotion options as part of the Users Activity reports improvements project. Comprehensive information is now provided in reports when a new or an updated cross-selling promotion is added, to enable merchants to manage product updates better.

Updated the filters from Orders & customers menu in Control Panel. The optional filters are now displayed as chips based on the users' selection allowing merchants to add and remove them more easily. Improved the CartLock and ItemLock functionalities in ConvertPlus to allow merchant to lock cart items (price, quantity, product, currency etc.) preventing the shopper from changing the order structure.

Added two new Visa compliance email templates in the Order tab of the Email Editor in Control Panel. Merchants can customize the emails to their liking.
