2Checkout Release Notes for July 2023

Starting with 1st of July 2023, the standard Universal Analytics properties will no longer process data. As a result, you can now implement Google Analytics 4 with or without Google Tag Manager to enable you to track and monitor your ConvertPlus and InLine checkout orders. Google Analytics 4 can be set for all 2Checkout accounts. This will improve the shopping experience and increasing the conversion rate. Added the product codes next to the product titles for Custom reports in the Available products filter in Control Panel to enable a faster and more reliable selection of the needed products, when generating a new report. Read more in our Custom reports documentation.

Added the capability to display additional fulfillment information in the Thank You Page by enabling the Additional delivery information section to be personalized, regardless of the product fulfilment type. 

Updated the Boleto Bancario logo in the Legacy Cart.

Added in Control Panel the option to measure the performance of sent renewal email for any active type of setting made in the Global renewal mail setup area.

Changed the date format from YYYY-MM-DD to MM-DD-YYYY for merchants in specific time zones such as Hawaii, Alaska, Pacific Time (US & Canada), Mountain Time (US & Canada), Arizona, Central Time (US & Canada), Eastern Time (US & Canada).

Added a new error message for PayPal mapped in Control Panel and IPN that is displayed when a transaction cannot be performed with the selected payment method/ card from the PayPal account.

Updated the getOrder API method to return the PDF files for purchase orders. Read more details in the API documentation (SOAP, JSON-RPC v6).

Fixed a defect in Control Panel on the subscriptions page that caused the cart to display an incorrect amount when the State/Province field was modified.

Fixed a defect in Control Panel that caused the special promotion discount to be applied only for the default currency.

 

 

Fixed a defect that caused the next billing amount to be displayed with different values in Control Panel and MyAccount.

Fixed a defect in Control Panel that caused a subscription to remain active even after the Purchase Order for it has been cancelled.

Fixed a defect in Control Panel which prevented the Add order page from loading when the language selected was French or Italian.

Fixed a defect in Control Panel that prevented auto renewal notifications from being sent.

Fixed a defect in Partner Control panel that prevented partners from searching an order by external reference ID.

Fixed a defect in MyAccount that caused the incorrect text to be displayed in the head of the payment method modal.

 

 

 

Fixed a defect in vendor Control Panel that caused the review tab to disappear after returning to the Place Order partner page after searching for an order.

 

 

 

 

Fixed a defect in Control Panel that prevented merchant that used the Partnership type from submitting their activation form when selecting transaction volumes lower than 10000 orders.

Fixed a defect that caused an error in Control Panel when attempting to generate a refund report.

Fixed an defect in Convert Plus that prevented the auto-renewal option from being displayed in the One-Step Inline cart.
