2Checkout Release Notes for October 2022

German shoppers can now cancel their subscriptions by themselves from their 2Checkout MyAccount. By using subscription cancellation via MyAccount, shoppers can cancel their subscription at any time. In the other hand, merchants can be informed through webhooks about all the actions their customers are doing in MyAccount related to subscription cancellation, as well as be warned through notifications that a churn will follow so they'll have the chance to fight it. Continue reading more here.

2Checkout offers shoppers from Croatia dual display of prices (Croatian Kuna - HRK and Euro - EUR) on the shopper invoices and shopping carts (Convert Plus, Inline Checkout and Legacy) for orders with Croatia as the billing country to comply with regulations regarding the country's accession to the Eurozone starting January 1st, 2023. To comply with the Council of the EU decision to extend the scope of sanctions levied on occupied areas of Ukraine, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia have been removed from databases as states in the Ukraine.

Fixed a defect causing the Product filter not to be displayed as an order search criterion in Control Panel if the merchant account had more than 1000 products.

Fixed a defect that caused currencies intended to be rounded (0 decimals) to be displayed with 2 decimals when applying cross-selling campaigns in Control Panel.

Fixed a defect which prevented approval for all auto-renewal orders with a fraud score above the designated threshold for manual screening.
