New
Verifone enables merchants to accept some of the most popular wallets and crypto currencies directly from the wallet, rather than the consumers having to move their crypto to a new wallet. While consumers pay with crypto, merchants are settled in local currency. Merchants have zero exposure to crypto currency fluctuations. Crypto payments work very similar to existing Advanced Payment Methods. Consumers select the wallet with which they want to pay, scan the QR code, and confirm the sending of the cryptocurrency. Read more in Verifone Crypto payments.
New
We now support the option to send an ecommerce transaction with instalments without interest for Prosa, Banorte, AMEX (Mexico) acquirers. Read more in Instalments documentation.
New
The current functionality of the Payment Documents for Israel through Invoice4U has been extended so that these are also generated for pre-authorization (Virtual Terminal, Pay by Link, Ecommerce API, Checkout API). Read more in our Invoice4U documentation.
New
Added token_details parameter to the Read Transaction endpoint in Ecommerce API. Now the Read Transaction API returns the token that was created/used in a transaction so that merchants can store the token in their system.

New
Synchrony Private Labeled Credit Cards (PLCC) for POS solution (US) are now available. Private Labeled Credit Cards are credit cards that are offered by a retailer or a brand and can only be used for purchases at that specific retailer or brand. These credit cards are often co-branded with the retailer's logo and may offer rewards, discounts, or other incentives to encourage customers to use the card for their purchases.
New
Now merchants can sell an item that is not in stock through gift cards and Private Label Credit Cards (PLCC) payments. Merchants can tokenize and detokenize PLCC and gift cards and use the token to make the sale at the time that the goods are fulfilled. See more in Tokenization and Ecommerce API.
New
We now support Private Label Credit Cards (PLCC) and gift cards encryption using Verifone.js. These cards don't have an expiration date and take a PIN instead of a CVV. See more in Card encryption - verifone.js.

Enhancement
Fixed the mismatch of character requirements between Customer API and 3DS Lookup so that first_name and last_name fields have a limit of  maximum 22 characters. See more in Customer API.
Enhancement
Added SVS US eCommerce gift cards through Ecommerce API (for the following transaction types: Balance enquiry, Load card, Activate card).
Enhancement
Merchants are able to use Verifone's Payment Documents service for Virtual Terminal and Pay by Link transactions by logging into Verifone Central and viewing/downloading receipts that can be sent directly to the customers' mailbox (available for US). See more in Payment documents.
Enhancement
We now support re-authorization for stored credentials (Sign-up: None and Charge MIT) for Chase US acquirer.
Enhancement
We now support Westpac acquirer in New Zealand (available in NZ Demo environment). Westpac enables merchants to accept payments using several ecommerce interaction types (Virtual Terminal, Pay by Link, Hosted payment, Checkout API and Shopping carts). See more in Supported acquirers.
Enhancement
Invoice4U merchants that are using Virtual Terminal, Pay by Link, Checkout API and Customer API can change the language of the Payment Documents, so that the receipts are not created only in Hebrew but also in English.
