We now support unmatched refunds as transaction type via Virtual Terminal for gift cards and PLCC as well as for credit and debit cards. The unmatched refunds functionality allows you to perform a credit card refund using the eCommerce API for cases where regular or extended refunds cannot be supported. See more in Unmatched Refunds.

Added the option in Transaction Reports to search for transactions by "Cashier ID". We also added the following transaction details that enable merchants to further customize their reports via Verifone Central: Transaction Online Flag, Merchant Present, Capture Status, Confirm Date Time, Message No., Scheme Identifier, Payment Account Reference and Authorization Date Time.
