New
We improved the Point of Interaction (POI) Settlement reports by enabling the export function, in Verifone Central. Merchants can now download their POI settlement batch details in a csv format. Read more in our Point of Interaction (POI) Settlements documentation.
New
Merchants that use an acquirer who supports the receipt functionality can now request a specific template to support transaction records, on all channels. To enable this configuration and make the necessary changes, contact a Verifone representative.
New
Coming soon, merchants in United States of America can now offer a new payment method - Affirm - to their shoppers, via eCommerce API, and thus increase their conversion rates. More details will be available in our public documentation.
Enhancement
If you use Barclays as an acquirer in EMEA, you can now customize your receipt templates for Virtual Terminal and Pay By Link and offer your customers an authentic experience. To request this contact a Verifone representative.
Enhancement
Enhanced the refund transactions behavior: now, the original order transaction will be updated, and no separate record will be displayed in the Orders view, for refund transactions, from the Orders/Transactions page in Verifone Central.
Enhancement
Merchants who add a reason when submitting a Refund transaction have now available that information in the Transaction details section from Verifone Central and the eCommerce API response body. See more in the Reporting details documentation.
Enhancement
We made it easier for our merchants to stay logged in to Verifone Central even when using multiple tabs in the same browser, thus providing a frictionless navigation experience for them. Multiple users are allowed only when using different browsers.
Enhancement
For Westpac Australia, a maximum surcharge limit was introduced in order to comply with the country's surcharge regulations. Find out more details in the Surcharge documentation.
Enhancement
To help merchants in Australia benefit from an improved user experience, we now support the Australian English language in Verifone Central, in the checkout area, as well as in the emails. More information can be found here.
Enhancement
Verifone is adding additional end of day cut over times for AMEX and Barclays. Customers will be able to choose the following cut overs: 00:00, 03:00, 06:00. Find out more in our Supported Acquirers documentation.
Enhancement
Added the option to search for orders and transactions by Email (Customer), in the Orders / Transactions page, in Verifone Central. Check out more details in the Reporting Filters article.

Fixed a defect preventing the payment methods to be updated once ApplePay or GooglePay are selected, via Pay by Link.
Fixed
Fixed a defect causing users to be logged out automatically after being inactive for 15 minutes without a prior session timeout acknowledgment.
