The cumulative price promotion feature enables you to offer the shopper the opportunity to apply two different discounts (one cumulative and one non-cumulative) on the same product. (This feature is available only in the Legacy cart.) See more in Cumulative Price Promotions article.

Enhanced the shopper experience such that the best out of two promotions will be applied in the shopping cart when the shopper attempts to introduce a second discount code. This is the case if the promotions are of the same type and for the same product. (This feature is only available in the legacy shopping cart.) See more in Best Price Promotions.

Merchants now have the opportunity to accept trial orders (free or discounted) and, thus, expand their offering and increase sales. See more in ConvertPlus Trials Flow.

Released the Renewal with a new product version feature, which facilitates your customer to experience faster and easier updates to your products. This feature enables your customer to automatically get an updated version of your product during the subscription renewal process. It also enables you to choose which version the shopper updates to, whether it is the latest version or another version which predates the latest one. See more in Renewal with a new product version.

We improved the card account updater. Account Updater is a key customer retention tool designed to support seamless updates of credit/debit card account information. With the improved card account updater implementation, we plan on the one hand to add a new external Card Account Updater provider, and on the other hand to optimize the internal account. We implemented card verification to replace the low-value authorization that we perform for trials and card updates flows with a "0" value authorization, also known as card verification. See more in Authorizations report.
Enhancement
Our merchants can now implement the Adobe Analytics tracking tools, to help track and monitor their ConvertPlus and InLine checkout orders and further improve the shopping experience and increase the conversion rate. See more in Tracking capabilities in ConvertPlus and InLine Shopping Carts.

To better address Churn and build more efficient churn prevention campaigns, we added new columns to the churn prevention feedback export, allowing you to correlate the churn reason and the campaign effectiveness. See more in How to configure churn prevention campaigns.
