Here is an overview of ecommerce, checkout, and Verifone Central items released in October 2022.

New
Added the total fraud score of a transaction to the CSV export available for transactions in Verifone Central. Read more details in the Transaction details fields table.

For the below acquirers the merchant's phone number is mandatory to be added in the organisation, when doing the onboarding: WOODFOREST_US, WOODFOREST_CA, FDRC, FDRC US and FDRC CA.

The visibility of the Audit log page can be controlled now at merchant level, since a new feature flag was created for this. The default state is ON.

A merchant is able to do payment actions with Klarna ecommerce integration (one partial capture sale, full capture sale, partial refund, multiple partial refunds, and full refund) from Verifone Central. More details here.

Shoppers now have the option of retrying the payment if a transaction attempt fails in a checkout session and to choose another payment method by using the same checkout id/session, without having to click "back" in their browser and restart the entire process.

Fixed a bug that caused Klarna ecommerce transactions to transition from a status to another (failing and then succeeding).

Fixed a defect that was causing an HTTP error 404 when searching for a non-existing organisation ID in the Notifications page from Verifone Central. A no matching organization result message is now displayed.
