New
We introduced a clear separation between Orders and Transactions reports screens in Verifone Central. Users can switch between the two views to easily find and focus on the information they need, whether it’s a high-level order summary or a detailed transaction list. Find out more details in the Orders/Transactions Reports documentation.
New
Merchants in Australia can now enable via Verifone Central and API (Checkout, Ecommerce) the Merchant Choice Routing (MCR) feature for their customer's CNP (Card-Not-Present) debit transactions to route them to EFTPOS. This allows merchants to set a minimum threshold amount for their transactions so that the lowest cost route will be chosen for their Multi-Network Debit Card transactions. To enable this feature, contact a Verifone representative.
New
Merchants who use the Blocking rulesets service in Verifone Central can now customize the Inherited Blocking rulesets. This functionality creates a copy of the blocking rulesets enabling merchants the freedom to define and edit their own rulesets. See more in the Blocking rulesets documentation.
New
We added Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to increase the security and protection of our merchants' data. See here how you can request and activate it.
Enhancement
We updated the permissions for the Merchant Admin and Merchant Supervisor roles. These updates include restrictions on adding, editing, and deleting Points of Interactions. Now users with these roles have read-only access to POIs and will be able to view them only. See more in Users and merchants roles.
Enhancement
We introduced the new "COMMERCE_KPI" feature flag in Verifone Central. If enabled, this feature flag controls the display of KPIs on the Commerce card for entities. If the "COMMERCE_KPI" flag is not selected, only the Launch button will be displayed on the Commerce card for the respective entities.
Enhancement
For Westpac AU transactions in Verifone Central, we updated the length of the STAN (System Trace Audit Number), useful for tracking the progress of a transaction, to six digits.  Find out more on STAN in the Reporting details documentation.
Enhancement
We improved the filter and search criteria functionalities when exporting transactions via custom CSV reports in Verifone Central. Read more in Exporting Reports.

Enhancement
We added a new filtering by settlement date option in the Report Scheduler functionality from Verifone Central so that merchants have more control overseeing exactly what is being submitted daily to their acquirers. This filter availability is upon request. Read more in Report Scheduler.
Enhancement
We introduced a preauthorization expiry date limit during which actions (capture, cancel, extend) can be performed. After this time limit, that can vary per acquirers or processors, no transaction actions can be initiated. See more in Payment actions.
Enhancement
We removed Partial Cancellation, Increment, Delayed Charge, Reauthorization, Extend and No Show transaction actions for JCB, Diners, and AMEX.
Enhancement
Refund payment actions are now possible for Klarna payment method in all sale/capture positive statuses.
Enhancement
We added "Amount & product" selection for Virtual Terminal (available for Westpac) to allow merchants to select simple and multiple line items options. Read more in Virtual Terminal.
Enhancement
We added a new and clarified delete checkout theme message that appears in the pop-up window when pressing the Delete button from Checkout Themes Editor.
Enhancement
We improved the scrollbar behavior in the Transaction Search Page.
Enhancement
We updated the response description for blocking rulesets for blocked transactions from Verifone Central. Merchants can now see the blocking rules enacted for their rejected transaction so that they can tell what rules were applied for the transactions. See more on response description in Reporting details.
Enhancement
We enhanced the checkout flow for failed payments when reaching the maximum submission attempts.
Enhancement
We now support the configuration of filter values and data within Verifone Central (currently available for Australia merchants), specifically in the Commerce or Administration pages.

Enhancement
Merchants are now able to apply surcharge for existing credit schemes for transactions using Apple Pay and Google Pay wallets.
Enhancement
We updated our password expiration policy in Verifone Central ensuring users get regular password updates and streamlined alerts when password expiration deadlines approach. See more in the Password expiration policy section from the Getting started article.
Fixed
Fixed a defect causing the filters applied in the Transactions page to not be correctly displayed in the respective landing page on Android and iOS devices, as well as in the browser.
Fixed
Fixed a defect in the Processor Settlements page causing the Swedish Krona currency symbol to display incorrectly.
Fixed
Fixed a defect causing some transactions in Virtual Terminal with USD currency to be unable to be switched to ILS currency.
