Stage 1: 2Checkout sends the first Instant Payment Notification (IPN) instantaneously for events per your account’s Notification Settings. 1
Stage 2: If the initial notification fails, one (1) retry is made at a 3 minute interval. 1
Stage 3: If the issue persists, and requests continue to result in failures, another two (2) tries are made, at 15-minute intervals. 2
Stage 4: Following the four tries made in Stage 3, the 2Checkout system will perform three (3) more retries at 1 hour intervals. 3
Stage 5: The next attemps are made at three (3) hour intervals and are continuous requests for a maximum of 54 retries in total since the notification was initially triggered. 1/3h (48 total)
